The following patterns have expired copyrights and now belong to the public domain unless otherwise stated. They are reproduced from the original sources, so the terminology may be old. Unfortunately, I have discovered that some of these patterns have errors in them. I have double checked the patterns, and they are copied exactly from the original text.
